Globility - Brand Development Case Study

Colour plays an important role in brand communication. Brand Colours are an essential component of the Globility personality, and helps differentiate it visually from the competition. Don’t underestimate the power of colour: over time, brand recognition can come to rely solely on colour.

The colour pallete is an rich and approchable energetic orange and yellow complimented by a cool technological blue and black ( which is used as a gradient on the application of the icon, see previous page) They represent the core of the brand essence with the following values:



Typography is a strong extension of a brand’s personality. That’s why we have designated the Bliss typeface family as the primary typeface for Globility. Itis a simple, modern typeface that manages to be both sophisticated and friendly. The characteristics of Bliss typeface family make it highly legible in both print and digital communications. It is available in several weights to allow maximum flexibility.

As the primary typeface Bliss will always be used. However, for internally produced communications (i.e., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.), Helvetica may be used as a substitute, due to its universal availability.


Generic Pull-up Bannners can be utilised as back drops at corporate events, or to demarcate an area of Globility at exhibitions. This design reflects the dynamism of this brand.


Advertising template utilises the graphic device on the bottom right. Publications may vary in size but in this case its applied on an A4 size publication. Depending on publication size the template may be adjusted accordingly.


These are intended for staff at certain company events, or worn by managers at certain events. These are meant to reflect the Primary blue of Globility.


These are intended for staff give aways. These are meant to reflect the dynamism of Globility. Logo is applied in embroidery format.


This is the applicationa that carries the brand on the streets, the design rather bold and dynamic to reflect the vibrancy of the brand.


Signage is a form of landmark for the brand, the design is meant to be bold and vibrant.
